My hair had been getting thinner and thinner, and I started stressing about it thinking everyone was looking and feeling sorry for me. Even though it had not reached the stage that other people really noticed, I did, and I felt uncomfortable about it. I decided to check out my options, and discovered Advanced Hair Concepts. The staff there put all my fears aside as I was seen in a private room. I decided on a small hair enhancement piece which also enabled me to change my hairstyle and leap out of the ?seventies?! Not only did I look better, updated, and younger, I could not believe that NOONE had any idea that I had it done. Everyone simply thought I had changed my hairstyle, and the compliments are still coming. I will never remove this piece because my hair is too thin to carry off this style without it. After working with it for a month, I became comfortable trying out other styles as well. Melinda is an artist, and has a knack for putting people at ease and designing the hair piece and hair cut to fit you. When the color was not exactly what I had envisioned, she immediately brought me back the next day and adjusted it to my liking and comfort level. I cannot thank Melinda and her team enough for their concern and services. I would recommend this company to anyone??????.

We all know how much a good hair day can do for your self confidence, well after having to deal with thinning hair in my 30's as a side effect to medication I had been on in my 20's, I was in a desperate search for some solution. After much research, and money spent on shampoo and treatment that just didn't work, Hair extensions were an answer to my prayers.

I did a very thorough search online for the best hair extensions in San Diego, and the best is what I found. Along came Melinda at Advanced Hair Concepts.
That search was over 2 years ago. I have changed the type of extensions several times due to my hair becoming stronger and I have never been sorry to follow Melinda's advice. Melinda has a wonderful variety of solutions, products and services.
Her staff, Lisa and Julie are wonderful too. I look forward to my maintenance appts and the coloring and cuts that Lisa and Julie do are fantastic. Although I could go elsewhere to have my hair colored and cut, I know noone treats my hair better! You won't be disappointed.

As a model, it is important for my hair to be camera-ready all the time. I have tried many types of hair extensions in the past. Okay everyone... seriously... if you've EVER wanted hair extensions... to try them out ... to have long hair ... to look gorgeous for that wedding ... to blow your first date away ... to get the most attention at the club... THIS IS THE PLACE!

I have always wanted to have beautiful long, full hair and yesterday that dream came true!!! I discovered Melinda from Advanced Hair Concepts by searching around the internet for a type of hair extensions that didn't glue or have to be braided into my hair. We had a consultation in one of the private rooms and Melinda was extremely personable and informative about the hair extension process. When it was time to have my new look, I was not hesitant at all, for I knew I was in the hands of a true professional. My long, full hair is easy to care for and looks so natural. It will help my career as a professional vocalist by adding that extra special glamour. All my friends love it and actually, I was please that some people didn't even notice! I always wanted long, thick hair so a year ago I went to a hairdresser that a friend recommended. The hairdresser told me the glue in type extensions would not ruin my hair. Don't be fooled like I was, they do ruin your hair. Luckily I found Advanced Hair Concepts. Melinda Beck, the owner sat down for a consultation with me and showed me how her extensions are superior. I love them and now my hair has been saved.

My almost 3-year experience with Advanced Hair Concepts has been wonderful!!! Melinda, Lisa and Julie have been like fun sisters to me. Having hair extensions has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Anyone who has difficult,wimpy hair like me will be amazed at how great it feels and how very natural it looks, and the endless compliments, FUN!!!! The possibilities are endless on what you can do with your hair. My own hair held a curl for only about 1 hour but now the curl stays in until you wash it. I LOVE IT!! This is my first time getting hair extensions and I have been contemplating on getting them for a long time. I've researched several salons and found Melinda to be the most knowledgeable about the process of hair extensions. I was impressed with the service, the salon and her staff. The long drive to her salon was worth all the time and effort. I have already recommended her salon to my friends who were impressed and in awe of my "new hair". Just before coming back from a Deployment in Iraq, my hair needed help so I contacted Melinda for an appointment. I had a very narrow time and day schedule request and she was very flexible in working me in her busy schedule. She saved me, I was able to attend my home coming party in my home town looking my best. I had several compliments and I have Melinda to thank for transforming me.
